Property Watch

Are you on vacation?  Own a seasonal home? Own a  residential investment property? Are you a bank that has a book of foreclosed properties?  The minute a property becomes vacant the risk on it increases significantly.  We will walk through the interior and exterior of your property and complete a detailed checklist. Within 24 hours of the walk-through, we will email you a copy of the services performed, along with any unusual findings and recommended actions. We also will take photos and include them with the emailed report. We can do a one time property inspection for you or you may specify how often you want us to do a property inspection.  For an additional fee we will maintain the grounds for you by mowing the lawn, raking leaves, and picking up any debris on the property.

Tenant Transitions

Let us help you with the hassle of tenant transitions.  Just had a tenant move out  and they were a little rough on the unit?  We can come in and document the damages and give you a free estimate to prepare the unit for a new tenant.  Unit just needs a coat of paint to get it ready for a new tenant?  We can do that too for you.

Clean Ups

Need help cleaning out your attic, basement, garage, or a house?   From estate clean outs and  office clean outs to backyard clean outs, we can handle all your removal needs. Regardless  if they are abandoned properties, foreclosed on, inherited or you are just doing some spring cleaning we are here to help you with the project.  Any loose items will be bagged, boxed and removed from the premises. We also remove large over-sized items such as furniture and appliances.  Since every job is unique we offer FREE no-obligation estimates.

Insurance Inspections

Insurance inspections are done periodically on properties insured by the companies that underwrite residential insurance policies.  These inspections are pretty standard among all insurance companies and always include an exterior inspection of the property; some companies may request an interior inspection of the home.  Inspections are used by the insurance company to get a picture of the condition of the dwelling and any risks that may be present on the property or in the neighborhood.  The person doing the inspection may take measurements, draw a diagram, and collect other data that will be used to determine the replacement cost of the home.  The replacement cost is an estimate of what it would cost to replace the structure of the home – the materials and construction expenses following a total loss like a fire.  If the inspection undervalues the replacement cost, a person may end up not having adequate coverage in the event of a claim.
