Property Watch

Your home or your second property or even a residential investment property is an important asset.   The moment a property becomes vacant, the risk on it increases significantly.  Vacant properties attract crime such as break-ins, vandalism, squatters, fire and pose a threat to public safety.  Often small maintenance problems go unchecked and often become larger and more expensive than they would have been if taken care of early. To protect this asset you should have this property watched in your absence.  Do not leave this valuable asset in the hands of your neighbor who may overlook some of the hazards of leaving a property vacant.  Even if your property is vacant for a short period of time, you are at risk.  Have peace of mind knowing that your property is in our capable hands.
