I was looking for someone to help update a second bathroom.  Small updates not a complete gut job.  Jon from Atlantic Home Improvements was willing to help me out.  He replied to a voice mail I had left him within a few hours to setup a time to scope out the job.  He arrived for the scheduled appointment on time, took measurements, listened to what we wanted and told us he would email a quote in a couple days.  I accepted what I considered was a reasonable quote and he was able to fit us in within a couple weeks.

Scope of the Job.

1. Remove old vanity top and replace with new vanity top/ sink / faucet
2. Remove and replace toilet so new flooring could be installed
3. Remove old baseboards
4. Install Vinyl Plank Flooring
5. Install new baseboard

Jon arrived on time the morning of the job and we went over the job one more time.  I showed him where the materials that I had on site were and he got right to work.  It wasn’t a big job but not an easy one either.  (Many obstacles for the flooring part of the project, 3 doors, a vanity, the toilet, a closet and an angled wall)  Jon did a very nice job on the whole project and would call him again if more projects come up.
